As biologics pipelines diversify and development timelines tighten, cell line development (CLD) platforms are under increasing pressure to deliver faster progression, stable expression, and predictable product quality for increasingly complex molecules. Recent industry discussions have similarly emphasized the need to shorten CLD timelines while improving stability, predictability, and manufacturability. This presentation will describe Bora Biologics’ dual-strategy approach to cell line development, leveraging site-specific integration and transposon-based integration platforms to support flexible route selection based on molecule and program needs. Within Bora’s internal CLD framework, these platform options are positioned to support rapid CLD, stable clone uniformity, and representative product quality at the cell-pool stage.
