Respondents provided insights into their firms’ technological philosophies. While more identified as Innovators, fewer considered themselves Operators. Across all respondents, primary objectives for the upcoming year included client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and enhancing the client experience. Notable shifts were observed, particularly among Innovators and Laggards in their intent to acquire new clients.
Regardless of philosophy, firms prioritized improving the client experience and productivity. Investing in technology aimed to enhance efficiency, client relationships, and align services with evolving client needs, with increased emphasis on informed decision-making and expanding client bases in current markets. Innovators and Operators showed heightened focus on efficiency improvement compared to the previous year. Laggards, on the other hand, expressed a slightly diminished emphasis on this aspect.
